When using the Brevo connector in Catchr, you might notice differences between the data you see in the Brevo web interface and the data retrieved by Catchr via the Brevo API.
Brevo’s API does not always return exactly the same figures as those displayed in the interface. This can be due to:
Delays in data processing between the interface and the API.
Metrics or breakdowns calculated differently in the API.
Since Catchr relies exclusively on the Brevo API, any discrepancy between your Looker Studio reports, Google Sheets exports, database extractions, and Brevo’s web interface usually originates from the API itself.
If you see a difference between what Brevo shows and what Catchr returns:
Export your data directly from Brevo in CSV format.
Compare the CSV export with the data retrieved in Catchr.
