If you notice a difference between the cost displayed in your Criteo dashboard and the one shown in any Destination with Catchr’s Criteo integration, this is expected behavior due to how the Criteo API handles currency.
Criteo’s API always returns data in USD, regardless of the currency set in your Criteo account. As a result, if your account uses a currency other than USD (for example, EUR or GBP), the data you see in Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or any other destination will not match the values in your Criteo dashboard.
This is not an issue with Catchr — it is a limitation of the Criteo API itself.
If you prefer to see your data in your local currency, we recommend applying a manual conversion in your reporting destination (such as Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or Excel) using the appropriate exchange rate.
