This error appears in Looker Studio when one of the accounts used in your Looker Studio data source is no longer available in your Catchr Source.
You may see a message like this:
“The account ID : [ID number] is not available. Please remove it from your data source or go to https://app.catchr.io/data-connector/sources to refresh your authorization.”
This means Looker Studio is trying to query data for an account that no longer exists or is no longer accessible from your Catchr Source.
You have two possible solutions:
In Looker Studio, open your report.
Open the data source linked to your Catchr connector.
Select Edit connection.
In the account list, deselect the unavailable account (the one mentioned in the error).
Click Reconnect, then Apply.
Once saved, the data source will only use valid accounts, and the error should disappear immediately.
Locate the Source used by your Looker Studio connector. The account should no longer be accessible in this Source.
Click Refresh authorization.
After a few seconds, check whether the missing account reappears in the account list.
Return to Looker Studio and refresh your report — the data should start loading correctly within a few minutes.
A Catchr Source lists all available accounts based on your access to the platform (Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, etc.).
If a user loses access to one of those accounts in the platform, Catchr can no longer retrieve it, resulting in this error in Looker Studio.
The most common causes are:
The person who created the Catchr Source lost access to the account on the platform.
The account was deleted or disabled on the platform.
The Source was refreshed using another user’s credentials, which don’t include access to the same accounts.
Ensure you have access to all accounts used in your Looker Studio data sources.
If multiple people share a Catchr workspace, each user should create their own Source using their own credentials.
Give each Source a clear name (e.g., “Anna – Microsoft Ads”) to avoid confusion when editing connections.
Tip: If the same account appears in multiple Sources, it will still only be billed once by Catchr.
