Overview:
The Catchr TikTok Shop connector currently supports only TikTok Shops registered in the United States. This restriction comes from a TikTok API limitation, as TikTok currently authorizes third-party tools to connect only to a single country.
Why can't you connect to a shop outside the US?
If your TikTok Shop is registered outside the United States, the connection will fail, and no data will be available. This is expected behavior and not related to your Catchr configuration.
It is simply because TikTok does not yet allow API connections to multiple countries.
Future availability:
As soon as TikTok expands its API and authorizes access across multiple countries, Catchr will immediately update the connector to support shops from other regions.
