The Age and Gender fields (and combined Age & Gender dimension) are no longer available for the Facebook Page connector in Catchr. These fields will now return empty results or errors when included in queries.
Meta (Facebook) has deprecated demographic breakdowns (age, gender) from the Page Insights API, especially relating to fan age/gender and people visiting your page data. This change is part of Meta’s updates to the Page Insights API and aligns with the removal of some legacy metrics and dimensions.
Queries using Age, Gender, or Age & Gender with Facebook Page metrics will not return data.
There’s no direct replacement for these demographic fields in the Page Insights API at this time.
Remove any Age or Gender fields from your Facebook Page queries in Catchr.
Update dashboards or reporting tools to avoid filters or breakdowns by age/gender for Facebook Page data.
