Full error message
When connecting App Store Connect to Catchr, you may see the following error message:
The App Store are not configured to export your report.
Your first report request generates in 1–2 days. Subsequent ONGOING reports are available daily.

This message is returned directly by the App Store Connect API.
What does this error mean?
This error indicates that Apple has not finished generating the required reports yet.
It is a normal behavior that occurs after the very first API request.
When Catchr sends the first request to App Store Connect:
Apple starts preparing the export reports
The report generation process takes 24 to 48 hours
During this time, the data is not accessible, and the error is displayed
Important data limitations
App Store Connect does not provide historical data
Reports are generated only from the moment of the first request
Data from dates before the initial connection cannot be retrieved
This limitation is imposed by Apple and cannot be bypassed by Catchr.
What happens after the waiting period
Once the first reports are generated:
Data becomes available automatically
Ongoing reports are updated daily
The error will disappear without any configuration change
What you need to do
Make sure your App Store Connect account is correctly connected
Wait 1–2 days after the first request
Refresh your report after this delay
If the error persists after 48 hours, please contact Catchr support and include the Request ID shown in the error message.
