Google Play Store data can sometimes appear incomplete for the most recent days in your reports. This behavior is expected and is not caused by Catchr.
The delay comes directly from the Google Play Store API. Google does not always make the latest data immediately available. As a result, the last X days of data may be missing or incomplete in your reports.
Catchr’s Google Play Store connector is live, which means it always fetches the most recent data available from the API. If data is not yet exposed by Google, Catchr cannot retrieve it.
We have already observed delays of more than 8 days in some cases.
No. This delay is entirely managed by Google.
The only solution is to wait until the data becomes available in the Google Play Store API.
For imports into Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and databases:
Always refresh data over a period longer than 7 days
We recommend reloading at least the last 7–14 days of data
This ensures that delayed data is eventually collected and prevents permanent gaps in your reports
Missing recent Google Play Store data is normal and expected. Catchr retrieves data as soon as Google makes it available. Using a longer refresh window is the best way to ensure complete and reliable reporting.
