Amazon Ads data not showing up ?
Amazon Ads is our only integration that requires a database on the Catchr side.
Their API can be quite slow to answer a request, and Looker Studio and Google Sheets do not wait more than 4/5 minutes for a request. If data are not sent back in time, they just stop the request and show an error message without data.
In order to avoid this, we are using BigQuery to synchronize the Amazon Ads report.
So, after creating your Catchr source, Catchr launches the first synchronization, which can take up to 24 hours, depending on the volume of data to synchronize.
After 24 hours, you should be able to use your Amazon Data on any destination. If it is not the case, please contact us on the chat.
