What to do when this error happens on your report:

This error typically occurs when Catchr cannot verify your identity.

To resolve it, visit app.catchr.io (you may need to log in). Once you can see your connections page, return to your report and refresh it by following these steps:
Click on the three dots in the top right corner and select "Refresh data" (this forces Looker Studio to bypass its cache).
Then refresh your browser: click on the URL bar and press CTRL+R (Windows) or CMD+R (Mac) to bypass your browser's cache.
