Error Looker Studio : There is an error trying to find your source.
Complete Error Message: "There is an error trying to find your source. Are you sure you have the right to access it on https://app.catchr.io?"
This error means Looker Studio cannot connect to your platform account. Either the account is no longer accessible on Catchr, or the Looker Studio data source is not linked to any account.
Go to your Source list on Catchr and check that your Source still has an active account:
If the count is 0, click Edit for this source and select Refresh your Authorization:
Once refreshed and accounts are visible, go back to your Looker Studio report and refresh it as follows:
Click the three dots in the top right corner and select Refresh Data.
Refresh your browser page. Refreshing the data in Looker Studio bypasses its cache system, where the error may be stored.
If the error persists, try reconnecting your Looker Studio data source:
In the top menu, go to Resource -> Manage added data sources.
Edit the data source you need, select Edit connection in the top left, choose an account from the dropdown, and click Reconnect in the top right.
Refresh your report as previously explained.
