What It Means:

This error indicates that the Facebook account used to create the Catchr Source no longer has access to the Meta Ads account in your Looker Studio report. This typically happens when the business owner revokes access.

What You Can Do:

Go to your Catchr dashboard and add a new Source with a Facebook Ads account that still has access to the Meta Ads account.
In your Looker Studio report, reconnect the Meta Ads data source.
If you see the same account multiple times in the dropdown, select the first one—it’s the most recently added to Catchr:

Click reconnect at the top or bottom right.
Go back to your report and refresh it following these steps:
Click on the 3 dots at the top right then "Refresh data".
Refresh your browser page.
