How to subscribe to Catchr ?

Your free trial ended and you need to select a plan, we will guide you here !

From app.catchr.io, click on the green Subscribe now button at the top of the page to go to the checkout.

First select your payment options Monthly or Yearly and select your currency.
Then, you will find a summary of your information:
The Email your are connected with and the number of account used in the last 30 days.
A card for each of our plan. If your number of account used in the last 30 days is above what the plan allows, a warning message will be display at the top of the card:


Select your plan and click on the purple subscribe button (should be at the top right of your page after selecting a plan).


Select your Payment method and fill in the payment information depending on the payment method.

Click Pay and subscribe.

All the system can take up to 5 minutes to update.

In Looker Studio you also depends on Looker cache system. To avoid it, try to change the date period use in the report. It will force a new request to be send (as it was not requested on this date period before), it will therefore avoid any cache along the way.
Looker Studio refreshes itself after 1 hour. You can force Looker to avoid it by clicking on the 3 dots at the top right and click Refresh data.

About bank transfer payment:
We allow bank transfer payments for yearly subscriptions only. Contact us on the chat, and someone will send you the invoice.
