How to check your number of accounts used ?

The quick way is to check the usage bar at the top of the screen on app.catchr.io.
The counter is incremented when a request is made on one account during the last 30 days (so creating a Looker Studio report, creating a request on Google Sheets ect.).
Number of account used on the total number of account allowed.

Please note that the total number of active accounts doesn’t always match the number of accounts used. If you created a Looker Studio report two months ago but haven’t used it since, no requests have been made to the associated account in the last 30 days. This account remains active but does not contribute to your usage count.

How to get the details of account used ?

Click on the usage bar to access this page: https://app.catchr.io/data-connector/usage
It lists the accounts used per platform in the last 30 days (you can have more rows than usage: if the same account is used in 2 or more destinations, it will count as 1 in the usage but will show 1 row for each destination).

How to remove an account from the usage ?

You first need to delete any outside request for this account.
For Looker Studio, removed the data source connected to this account.
For Google Sheets, delete any requests using this account.
For PowerBI and Tableau: removed any connection to Catchr.

Then you need to deactivate the account in the Catchr Sources (or remove the source if no account is used).

Active / Inactive account on Catchr

Please note that an account is automatically activated when a request involving it reaches Catchr.
If you deactivate an account and it keeps reactivating, this indicates that an active request in one of your destinations is still using this account.
