You must create a new source to use your data for our destinations.
It bridges a platform (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Matomo, Shopify, etc.) and Catchr. Once created, you can send your data to any destination (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
Go to app.catchr.io and click on the menu Source. On the top right, click on Add a new source.
Select your platform.
Select your platform and give your new Source a name (this is the name on Catchr; it will only be visible on the Source listing on Catchr; You can modify it later).
Click on Connect your account.
Follow the steps to link it (log into your account, create a new API Key on the platform manager, etc.). Every platform has its own method. You can find the details for each platform here.
Once your Source is created, you should see your available accounts.
Here is an example of a successfully created Meta Ads source:
You can activate your account. If an inactive account is requested at one of the destinations, it will automatically become active.
Once your account is visible, you can use it on any destination:
Looker Studio: Go to the connector list, select the one that matches your platform, and create reports.
Google Sheets: Install our Add-on and create requests to import data into a spreadsheet automatically.
PowerBI, Tableau, CSV, JSON: Go to the API menu on Catchr and create a request. Then, use it on the destination.
Databases: Link a Database and create a new Datastream to populate it. Follow this link to learn more about populating the database.
If your platform is unavailable on the "Add a source page", we have not yet developed this integration.
Open the chat, go to the Roadmap tab, and check if the development is planned.
If it is, please upvote it. We will choose future development based on the number of upvotes.
If it's not, create a new features ticket. A developer will review the ticket. If it is accepted, it will be added to the planned list in the Roadmap.
Once we start the development, we might ask you to provide a platform account with actual data so we can finish the integration.
